Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy required, including evaluation and development of treatment plans and 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions preferred.
- Demonstrated competency with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy aides or assistants and to participate in student clinical education.
- Maintain professional licensure and meet state mandated continuing education requirements.
- Adherence to safety protocols for safe patient handling, materials handling, infection control, and fall prevention.
- Preferred: prior travel therapy experience and familiarity with performance improvement initiatives.

- Schedule: 5x8.
