Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Outpatient case management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a PT/PTA clinical team
- Physical Therapist credential required to start
- BLS required to start
- HEP B required to start
- TB required to start
- Tdap required to start
Assignment Details
- Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Clinic hours are Monday and Wednesday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM; Tuesday and Thursday, 6:30 AM–6:30 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM.
