Minimum Requirements
- Doctorate, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Alaska PT license is required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- No new graduates. Minimum clinical experience required; outpatient/manual therapy experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with 1:1 patient care and 45-minute treatment sessions.
- Experience treating post-operative, neurologic, and pelvic populations preferred. No pediatric caseload.
- Comfortable working in an outpatient manual therapy practice setting and collaborating with other on-site PTs.
- Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 50 patients per week.
- Willingness to comply with business casual dress code (jeans allowed on Fridays; no scrubs).

- Schedule: Flexible (no weekends). Options include 5x8s, 4x10s, or 9x80s.
- Caseload: 1:1 patient care, 45-minute sessions.
- EMR: Prompt (includes AI functionality with auto-dictation).
- Staffing: Other PTs on staff at each clinic.
- Travel teams or PT pairs are not accepted.
