Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Previous Home Health experience
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Home Health
- Schedule: Monday to Friday; clinicians can arrange their own schedules as long as it makes sense and the patient is agreeable
- Coverage: Bloomington/Bedford area
