Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active Wisconsin State Physical Therapy License required to start the position
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy or comparable ambulatory settings preferred
- Ability to evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for musculoskeletal and post-operative patients
