Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy, with a bachelor's or associate degree.
- Active state license required to start. Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT) is required for this specific Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist role.
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience in outpatient clinic environment preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with clinical documentation, patient evaluations, treatment planning, re-evaluations, and discharges.
- Experience in financial, administrative, and personnel management or demonstrated leadership responsibilities in a clinical setting.
- Ability and willingness to pursue professional development through affiliations, workshops, and conferences.

- Objectively measure patient outcomes using outcome-measure software.
- Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
- Manage daily clinic operations including financial, administrative, and personnel responsibilities.
- Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff to ensure quality patient care and a positive clinic culture.
- Collaborate with teammates to grow clinical skills and support clinic growth.
