What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract position at Jackson Therapy Partners?
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Georgia Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care occupational therapy, including experience with ICU patients, stroke/neurological cases, orthopedics, and general medical debility.
- Current AHA BLS certification required.
- Experience documenting in One Chart / Cerner is required.
- Ability to support acute care patients from physician orders throughout the hospital.
- Preferred: prior hospital-based acute care OT experience supporting a wide variety of medical and surgical diagnoses.

- Schedule: Primarily 8-hour day shifts, typical schedule includes 8:30 AM–4:30 PM variations; weekend coverage approximately 4 weekends per 4 weeks and holiday coverage required.
- Floating: May be required to float to other facilities within the system as needed.
