Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license is required to start the position.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience required.
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred.
- Experience with direct access to referring physicians or collaboration with physician referrals.
- Familiarity with WebPT or similar electronic medical records preferred.
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

- Position type: Outpatient occupational therapy in Fairborn, OH.
- Shift: Days. Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexible scheduling options.
- Typical caseload: Approximately 11–12 patients per 8-hour day.
- Support staff provided.
- Clinic tools: WebPT and Prediction Health AI available to support clinical documentation and decision-making.
