Position Overview: National Recruiter (Inside Sales)
As a National Recruiter, you'll play a key role in connecting talented therapists with career-changing opportunities across the country. This is a high-energy, relationship-driven sales role where your ability to build trust, move quickly, and deliver results directly drives your success.
What You'll Do
* Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with therapists, clients, and internal team members.
* Negotiate placement packages to create successful, mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Provide ongoing support to traveling clinicians to enhance retention and develop future talent pipelines.

Qualifications
* High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
* Sales-driven mindset with a passion for competition and achieving goals.
* Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems.
* Candidates must be willing to work in a hybrid arrangement or fully onsite, Monday-Friday, in our Maitland, Florida office, based on managerial discretion.
