National Sales Account Representative
Location: Remote (must be near a major airport. Florida Preferred)
At Affinity Waste Solutions, we are committed to innovation, efficiency, and sustainable solutions. Together with GreenWay Waste and Recycling, we are expanding our national footprint and are seeking a driven National Sales Representative to close multi-property deals, manage Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and represent us at key industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve a yearly sales quota of 15,000 units.
- Conduct a minimum of 6 new Master Service Agreement (MSA) presentations per month.
- Close MSA contracts while managing multiple, simultaneous agreements.
- Assist with large regional meetings and presentations in collaboration with local reps.
- Attend all national conferences, including NAA and NMHC, and other industry events.
- Refer any single-property opportunities to local reps to manage, as the national rep will focus on multi-property deals.
Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $125,000 adjusted based on experience and industry relationships.
- Commission structure is uncapped and paid monthly based on signed agreements from the month prior.
- Quota: 15,000/yearly
- Phone Allowance: $50/month.
- Car Allowance: $300/month.
- Marketing Spend: Estimated at $50,000 annually to support national conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.

Requirements
Role Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven national sales experience within the multifamily industry.
Strong industry connections and a proven track record of closing multi-property deals.
Willingness to travel extensively for meetings, presentations, and national events.
Ability to manage MSAs and work in coordination with local reps.
Must be based near a major airport, preferably in the Midwest, to facilitate frequent travel.
Ability to pass background and drug screen. Have and maintain a clean driving record.
Physical & Travel Expectations
- Travel: Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% for regional and national trade shows, industry conferences, and company events.
- Mobility: Ability to stand and navigate trade show floors for extended periods (8 hours per day during events).
- Logistics & Lifting: Capacity to lift promotional materials weighing up to 35–50 lbs.
- Standard Work Environment: Ability to perform desk-based computer work, campaign building, and phone calls during non-travel periods.
