Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Control Specialist, located in Spring, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy and efficiency of inventory processes, investigating shortages, and ensuring proper reporting of discrepancies. The specialist will also manage physical inventory counts, implement inventory control measures, and assist in optimizing inventory management strategies. Collaboration with team members to ensure seamless operations is an essential part of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Inventory Control and Inventory Management processes
- Experience in maintaining Inventory Accuracy and conducting Physical Inventory counts
- Skillful in Shipping & Receiving operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with inventory management software and tools is a plus
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
- High school diploma or GED; additional certifications in inventory management or logistics are a plus
