Imagine thisAn urgent LTO launches next week. A truck of avocado oil needs to hit the dock by Thursday, seasonings change on Friday, and packaging sizes shift on Monday. You’ve validated the production schedule, aligned suppliers, and updated the ERP. DHL confirms the oil ETA; potatoes are re‑scheduled for an earlier run. The line starts on time—because you made the right calls.
Your core responsibilities- Validate near‑term and long‑range production schedules to guarantee materials are on‑site before each run.
- Partner with Operations on LTOs, new sizes, new seasonings, and other product changes; synchronize inbound materials with the Supply Chain Team.
- Collaborate with the Planner to convert demand into accurate material requirements.
- Analyze forecasted vs. actual demand with historical data to inform procurement decisions and supplier forecasts.
- Manage supplier lead times and pricing; coordinate with Finance for precise reporting.
- Safeguard shelf life across raw materials through disciplined inventory practices.
- Investigate production output and consumption variances; team with Operations to reduce variance and waste.
- Maintain right‑sized inventory to support production schedules without overstocking.
- Process POs, blanket orders, and releases accurately and on time.
- Engage suppliers proactively to accommodate demand changes.
- Oversee short‑term avocado oil delivery schedules; work with DHL and other carriers to ensure timely arrivals.
- Create and adjust potato purchase orders in line with the live delivery plan.
- Source non‑production items, including office supplies and production PPE, to keep teams fully equipped.
- Continuously improve ERP capabilities across inventory management, purchasing, and assigned processes.
- Identify and implement cost‑reduction opportunities that enhance operational efficiency.
Work closely with the Supply Chain Director to support and mature procurement practices that scale with our growth.

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
