Scheduling Responsibilities
- Work closely with the production planner to schedule production orders to meet demand.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce team to assess inventory needs and incorporate them into the production schedule.
- Review and approve customer requests for changes in order quantity and delivery dates, as forwarded by the customer service department.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules by regularly reporting schedule versus actual output to the team.
- Develop comprehensive production schedules in response to sales orders, forecasts, and demand dynamics.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines through a proactive approach, guaranteeing the fulfillment of supply chain needs.
- Work collaboratively with the Operations team to assess scheduling needs, maximizing throughput during shifts.
- Monitor hour by hour production progress to adjust schedules when needed.

Required Experience
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school;
- Six months to one-year related experience and/or training;
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven aptitude in Microsoft Suite; experience with ERP systems required.
