Warehouse Operations and Logistics Assistant

Location: Grandview, MO

Pay: $22 to $28 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

We are seeking a dependable and organized individual to support day-to-day warehouse operations and logistics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and contributing to a team that supports field operations.

You will play an important part in maintaining inventory, preparing materials, and ensuring the warehouse remains safe, clean, and efficient.

What You Will Do

• Organize and maintain warehouse layout to improve efficiency
• Receive incoming shipments and prepare materials for field crews
• Track inventory and monitor movement of supplies and equipment
• Perform basic upkeep and inspections on tools and small equipment
• Support the development of procedures for warehouse operations
• Assist with documentation, research, and general operational tasks
• Communicate with team members regarding inventory, safety, and workflow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-managed work environment
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in general labor or warehouse work
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Comfortable following procedures and safety guidelines
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Forklift experience is a plus
