Role Overview

As the Surfacing Lead/Foreman, you'll play a key role in the success of our pool renovation projects. You will manage the crew, ensure quality control, and handle on-site decision-making. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will lead by example, mentor team members, and ensure that every project meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of surfacing professionals in applying pool finishes and making repairs
• Maintain a positive, productive work environment by providing guidance and real-time feedback
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to client specifications
• Inspect and evaluate surfaces before application, ensuring proper preparation
• Train crew members on techniques, tools, and materials for resurfacing
• Ensure tools, machinery, and materials are well-maintained and ready for use
• Make quick decisions to address challenges related to materials, weather, or site conditions
• Coordinate with the project manager and team leaders for smooth project execution
• Serve as the main point of contact on job sites and maintain professional communication with clients and subcontractors
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction with the finished product
  
  

Experience And Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastering, pool surfacing, or pebble application
• Strong leadership and management skills with prior experience leading crews
• In-depth knowledge of cementitious coatings and resurfacing techniques
• Ability to quickly solve problems and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail, especially in surface inspection and quality control
• Experience training and mentoring field staff to ensure consistency
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites in Missouri and nearby states
