About the Role
We are seeking an SEO Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and disciplined execution to a fast-moving SEO and digital ecosystem. This is not a task-tracker role — it is an operational leadership position responsible for translating SEO strategy into organized plans, timelines, and deliverables, while ensuring consistent progress, accountability, and communication across teams. The SEO Project Manager sits at the center of SEO execution, coordinating technical SEO, content initiatives, and optimization efforts across multiple sites, brands, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing complex, multi-stream SEO projects in environments where priorities shift and speed matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SEO projects across strategy, technical, and content work
- Translate SEO insights into scopes, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate across SEO, engineering, product, and customer teams
- Maintain workflows, documentation, and project tracking
- Surface risks, remove blockers, and ensure on-time delivery
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in project management, digital marketing operations, or SEO-related roles
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (technical SEO, content SEO, on-page optimization)
- Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong organizational, documentation, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of ownership, follow-through, and accountability.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing SEO projects across multiple brands or large websites
- Familiarity with SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog)
- Experience working with developers and technical teams
- Agency or campaign experience
