NetSuite Administrator – Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join a growing team supporting a large business looking at WMS and Manufacturing. This role offers a blend of remote work and onsite engagement, providing the opportunity to collaborate directly with stakeholders to deliver tailored NetSuite solutions.

You’ll be responsible for optimizing existing systems and ensuring successful integration of NetSuite across various business functions. In-state travel will be required to support project delivery and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support end-to-end NetSuite implementations and system enhancements
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and technical teams to define business requirements
• Customize and configure NetSuite modules to meet client needs
• Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and user training materials
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support post go-live

Requirements:

• Proven experience implementing and supporting NetSuite ERP solutions
• Strong understanding of core NetSuite modules in addition to WMS, Inventory Management etc.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
• Willingness to travel and work onsite

Desirable Skills:

• NetSuite certification(s) preferred
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteAnalytics
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, or services industries
