IT Manager - (D365 Business Central Required)
A fast-growing manufacturing company based not far from Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an experienced IT Manager with strong Dynamics 365 Business Central expertise to lead their internal IT operations and drive ERP system improvements. This is a key strategic role, blending technical leadership with hands-on system management, as the business continues to scale across North America and Europe.
The position is hybrid – most of the work can be done remotely, but candidates should be within commutable distance to Cincinnati for occasional on-site needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all IT operations, infrastructure, and ERP (D365 Business Central) strategy
- Manage and optimize Business Central across finance, warehousing, and operations
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end-users across systems and devices
- Collaborate with leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals
- Evaluate, implement, and maintain IT security measures, firewalls, and access control
- Maintain cloud infrastructure (Azure, Microsoft 365), ensuring uptime and performance
- Manage vendors and external IT service providers
- Support networking systems including switches, routers, and wireless access points
- Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and data integrity protocols
- Support hardware, software, and endpoint device management across all departments
Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience with D365 Business Central or NAV
- Proven IT leadership in a growing, multi-site business
- Strong grasp of infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud systems
- Experience with Azure AD, Intune, Office 365, and endpoint management
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI or Jet Reports is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
