We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead and optimize online sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital growth, improving customer experience, and maximizing revenue across all e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online revenue and growth.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth functionality, excellent user experience, and seamless checkout processes.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, using insights to optimize conversion rates, sales, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns, promotions, SEO/SEM strategies, and email marketing initiatives.
- Manage website content, product listings, pricing, and imagery to maintain an engaging and up-to-date online presence.
- Plan and execute digital testing, A/B experiments, and customer experience improvements.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management on KPIs, trends, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Strong Knowledge of Shopify
- D2C Fashion experience
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, SEO, and CRO best practices.
- Email/SMS Marketing experience
