In partnership with Jory Behavioral Health, Jackson House is seeking a magnificent Qualified Mental Health Associate Case Manager (QMHA or QMHA-II) to join our team! Jory Behavioral Health’s Secure Residential Treatment Facility in Salem, Oregon serves individuals in Oregon’s Aid & Assist population (ORS 161.370). Summary of Responsibilities

The QMHA will play an integral role in providing skills training, case management, and therapeutic support services as part of a compassionate outpatient clinical team within a residential treatment environment. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by supporting them through skills development, individual and group therapy, community integration, care coordination, and personalized treatment planning. Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, the QMHA will help individuals recognize their strengths, build resilience, and access the internal resources needed to overcome current challenges and achieve lasting growth. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, adaptable, solution-focused, and passionate about empowering others through supportive, person-centered care. Strong critical thinking, written communication, and interpersonal skills are essential to success in this position. Our smaller facility ensures that the QMHA can quickly connect with our patients, guarantee patient dignity, and make a positive lasting impression.

Jackson House King Clinic provides behavioral health services to individuals residing in residential treatment settings. Our services include skills training, case management, and group and individual therapy in a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based treatment environment.

Qualifications

  • Active fully licensed Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA or QMHA-II) in the state of Oregon, required.
  • Two (2) years of experience as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA or QMHA-II) providing services to individuals in an inpatient or outpatient setting preferred.
  • Obtain and maintain current BLS CPR.
  • Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order to get to and from work in various weather conditions to ensure reliability.
