- Comprehensive Reconciliations: Perform full monthly bank, credit card, and loan statement reconciliations, independently identifying and resolving complex transactional discrepancies.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Prepare and post standard and adjusting journal entries, maintain accurate fixed asset registers, and calculate depreciation schedules.
- Advanced AP/AR Operations: Manage client vendor payments, oversee accounts receivable aging analysis, and execute proactive collections workflows.
- Payroll Execution: Handle regular payroll processing cycles, guarantee exact calculations, and assist with year-end and periodic payroll tax filings.
- Account Autonomy: Maintain timely, precise records for multiple client accounts simultaneously, executing tasks independently with minimal oversight.
- Work Review: Provide quality assurance and review the transactional accounting entries of entry-level Client Data Specialists to maintain firm-wide accuracy.

- Professional Tenure: Minimum of 3 years of progressive, hands-on professional bookkeeping experience.

- Software Ecosystem: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and practical familiarity with Google Workspace.
