Duties And Responsibilities
- Leads a technical team in designing, building, implementing, and maintaining complex clinical applications and enterprise systems.
- This role collaborates in developing innovative clinical solutions to improve efficiency and patient experience.
- Provides guidance and mentorship to the Clinical and Technical Informatics teams, ensuring solutions align with JHS's strategic initiatives and regulatory requirements.
- Manages the development lifecycle of clinical and technical solutions, ensuring thorough documentation, and supporting 24/7 service reliability.
- Works with IT PMO, Network and Server Infrastructure, Enterprise Application Integration, Business Systems, CSC, CIC, and other IT departments to deliver services.
- Collaborates with business stakeholders to design new applications, resolve incidents, and develop policy and procedure best practices.
- Ensures data integrity, security compliance, and adherence to governance prioritization.
- Responsible to align development roadmaps with strategic goals, streamline resource allocation, and communicate effectively with executive leadership and teams.
- Focus on mentoring team members, fostering a high-performance environment, and maintaining departmental diversity and excellence.
- Performs all other related job duties as assigned.
- Generally requires 5 to 7 years of related experience. Leadership experience is required.
- High school diploma is required. Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
- Valid license or certification is required as needed, based on the job or specialty.
