Overview
The Order Fulfillment Associate supports the execution of e-commerce programs by ensuring orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (on-site in Southgate, MI)
- Pay: $19/hour, plus benefits
Responsibilities
- Review daily workload, prioritize shipments, and manage multiple programs concurrently.
- Process, pack, and ship orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain organization while handling multiple orders and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members in a virtual environment.
- Accurately enter and manage data, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.
- Follow program timelines and checklists to ensure timely and high-quality completion of tasks.
- Support inventory management activities.
- Navigate multiple online systems and platforms efficiently.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Familiarity with shipping platforms such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
- Previous e-commerce fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business and program needs.
