You’ll help Bronco owners feel welcomed, excited, and confident behind the wheel. Your main responsibility will be to deliver a positive brand and guest experience while coaching off-road driving skills. - Employment Type: 1099 Contractor
- Pay Rate: $250 per day
- Schedule: Primarily Fridays and Saturdays (8-10 hour shifts)
Responsibilities
- Adapt your coaching style to suit different skill levels within a group.
- Clearly explain complex vehicle systems and driving techniques in simple terms.
- Lead groups with varying abilities across different types of terrain and in all weather conditions.
- Monitor and adjust to changing trail conditions as needed.
- Perform trail repairs and maintenance when necessary.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs.
- Clean and detail vehicles as needed.
- Maintain trail equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must successfully complete and pass company-provided instructor training and certification.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Off-road driving experience is a plus.
- Ability to accept feedback and direction from supervisors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and solve problems effectively.
- Strong focus on guest service, always striving to exceed expectations.
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles off-road is required.
- Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Must occasionally lift or move up to 30 pounds.
- Requires close vision and the ability to adjust focus while in a moving vehicle.
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
