The Senior Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative, learner-centered training solutions that align with business priorities. This role partners with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create impactful learning experiences that drive performance and engagement.
Additional Details:
Conduct needs analysis and performance consulting to identify learning gaps
Design and develop innovative and engaging learning solutions aligned with business priorities and objectives
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather content and validate learning outcomes
Develop and maintain learning materials, paths, and course frameworks
Evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback to ensure clarity, usability, engagement, and business impact
Support change management and communication strategies through learning
Design and develop engaging learning solutions and materials aligned with business objectives
Stay current with instructional design best practices, trends, and emerging technologies

Requirements:
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Adult learning theory and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
Learning experience design (LxD) principles
eLearning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Agile, Adobe Captivate)
Learning Management Systems (e.g., Workday, Cornerstone)
Learning analytics and data-driven design
Experience with multimedia content creation (video, audio, graphics)
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education or related field required
Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD) preferred
3-5 years of experience in instructional design or corporate training
Experience designing for diverse audiences and delivery formats (e.g., eLearning, ILT, VILT, blended)
