- -Scheduled clinical hours only
- -Board Eligible or Board Certified
- -ACLS certification
- -Hawaii APRN license required
- -Practice Setting: Outpatient
- -Procedures: Colonoscopy and EGDs
- -Expected surgical types: Cardiac, Complete Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Neuro, OB, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic
- -EMR: GMED
- -Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
