Neonatology NP Locums Job in Michigan | 12-Hour Day & Night Shifts | Beginning ASAP – Ongoing | Assignment #114465
Coverage Details
- 12-hour shifts: 8AM - 8PM / 8PM - 8AM
- Night and weekend rotation required
- No call schedule
Requirements
- Board Certified by a national certifying organization
- Active Michigan state license
- BLS
- NRP
- Must have prior experience; no new graduates
Required Procedures / Skills
- Endotracheal intubation
- Umbilical line placement
- Ventilatory support
- Attendance at specified newborn deliveries and stabilization
Assignment Details
- Inpatient practice setting
- Average of 12 patients per day
- Patient population: neonates up to 90 days of age
- Facility trauma level: Level 3
- Will work autonomously
- Neonatologist on-site during day shift hours, 7 days per week
- NNP autonomous from 4PM–8AM with neonatologist on call
- Coverage needed due to inability to hire into open positions and unexpected FMLA
- EMR: Epic
