Coverage Details
- 12 shifts per month
- 12-hour shifts
- 11:00 am – 11:00 pm in the Emergency Department
- Will be on shift with physician
— Duration of Assignment: 3-6 months
Requirements
- Board Certified PA
- Emergency Department experience required
- Montana license preferred but not required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
- Must have ED experience
- Experience in independent management of all levels of ED patients with physician back-up, leading codes, and intubation
Assignment Details
- Coverage reason: Full-time APP vacancy in the ED
- ED averages 50 patients in a 24-hour period
- Patient population includes pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Support staff includes RN, NP/PA, physician, and ED tech
- Facility Trauma Level: Level III
- Supervision: On shift with physician
- EMR: Epic
