ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Open/close banks and balance end paperwork.
- Assume accountability for large sums of money.
- Count back money on all transactions.
- Cash checks and VISA.
- Transfer sums of money from one point to another.
- Load and unload money from carts.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous money handling experience helpful.
- High school diploma or GED required.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong guest service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Able to accurately count money and make change.
- Able to use a 10-key calculator.
UNIVERSAL REQUIREMENTS
- Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures.
- Regular attendance and punctuality.
- Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.
- Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel, and encourage others to do the same.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Normal mobility throughout the facility.
- Able to lift over 20 pounds.
- Able to push heavy carts.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time.
