BARTENDER
Responsibilities:
Must be able to pass the federal TSA background check to working in the airport
- Ensures that the highest quality food and service experience is consistently provided to our guests
- Pro-active in solving guest concerns and satisfying guests in various situations
- Maintains a clean, organized, and stocked environment
- Ensures all cash handling procedures are upheld. Is accountable for store funds while running a shift
- Pouring wine, beer and making cocktails for all Airport guests
- Maintains proper rotation of product
- Comply with health, safety regulations and COVID-19 regulations
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' bartending experience
- Barista experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations
- A passion for and creative abilities when it comes to craft cocktails
- Proactive, with a high attention to detail
- Positive and professional approach to people and work
- Ability to provide excellent guest service consistently. Must be able to maintain grace under pressure while handling our busy rushes.
- Must obtain Washington State Food Handler’s Card and MAST permit
