Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Provide patient monitoring to ensure safety and well-being, reporting any changes in condition to appropriate personnel.
- Support individuals in social interactions and community engagement to foster relationships and improve social skills.
- Implement individualized care plans tailored to each person's needs and preferences.
- Assist with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring individuals safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring all equipment is properly used and maintained.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each individual.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or incidents as required.
Skills
- Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of patient monitoring techniques.
