Floor Care Specialist (2nd Shift)

The Role: Floor Care Specialist

You will be responsible for high-quality floor maintenance across a variety of environments, including corporate offices, schools, medical clinics, and industrial mills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professional Floor Maintenance: Execute specialized soil removal techniques for various surfaces, including hard surface floors and carpets.
• Equipment Operation: Master the use of professional machinery such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and carpet extractors.
• Technical Precision: Learn and apply the correct usage and storage of cleaning chemicals tailored to specific flooring types.
• Equipment Care: Clean and organize vehicles and machinery daily, performing light repairs as needed to ensure production efficiency.
• Site Organization: Manage janitorial closets and job sites to maintain a neat, professional, and productive work environment.

This is a 2nd-shift position that requires a high degree of adaptability to meet the needs of our clients.
