Floating Custodian - Elite Squad (Full-time)

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Shift: Multiple options - 6am, 2pm, or 5pm start times available
Location: Serving various work environments in the Fox Valley area

• Versatile Field Execution: Consistently perform high-quality cleaning in diverse settings, including offices, industrial plants, and healthcare facilities.

• Self-Management: Execute all duties efficiently with moderate instruction.

• Facility Security: Ensure all buildings and premises are secured, safeguarding keys and access credentials at all times.

• Equipment & Safety: Operate and maintain industrial equipment (vaccums, scrubbers) while strictly following safety protocols and chemical mixing guidelines.

• Grit & Work Ethic: You aren't afraid of physically demanding work that requires constant lifting, bending, and standing.

• Reliability: You understand that our clients depend on us. You have a history of consistent attendance.

• Ownership: You take pride in your work, even when tasks are unpleasant, and you handle feedback as an opportunity for growth.

• Professionalism: You can communicate effectively with team members while maintaining a professional appearance.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Experience: Prior professional custodial experience preferred.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, push, or pull objects averaging 50 lbs to 75 lbs.

• Requirements: Must pass an acceptable criminal background screening.

• Transportation: Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and access to consistently reliable transportation is required.
