Jack's Maintenance Service is seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Care Lead to join our Project Crew in Neenah, WI. This is a "Working Lead" position; you will be responsible for leading and supervising the floor crew while actively performing the maintenance work alongside them.

The Role: Working Floor Care Lead
You will report directly to the Assistant Project Manager and oversee crew members to ensure all work is performed to company standards while personally participating in all service tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active Leadership: Perform high-quality floor maintenance and project work alongside your team to assist in providing service to offices, mills, clinics, and schools.
- Team Supervision: Oversee crew members, providing clear direction and ensuring all assigned work in your area is completed.
- Customer Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact on-site, coordinating arrival times and the scope of work with customers before service begins.
- Quality Control: Initiate inspections and briefings with customers to ensure all questions are answered and work order requirements are met.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure vans are properly loaded and unloaded and that all tools and machinery are removed from the job site upon completion.
- Production Efficiency: Help organize the job site and maintain productivity while managing janitorial closets and specialized equipment.
Shift & Flexibility
This is a full-time, 2nd-shift position that requires a high degree of adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of our clients.
- Flexible Scheduling: Candidates must be flexible regarding start and end times, as well as the total length of the workday.
- Dynamic Environment: You will coordinate schedules daily with the Assistant Manager and must recognize and deal with priorities as they arise.
- Team Support: Reliability is key; you must be willing to cover shifts that are short of workers and assist fellow workers as the need arises.
