Job Title: Building Tech II (Custodian)
Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Job Summary Jack's Maintenance Service is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented custodian to join our team at a professional facility in Appleton. This is a vital, hands-on role focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment. Key Responsibilities
Cleaning Excellence: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Dust, polish, and wipe down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
Sanitization: Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, showers) and restock all necessary disposables.
Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and other debris throughout the facility.
Facility Upkeep: Wash walls, windows, and baseboards as needed to ensure the building maintains a professional appearance.
Equipment Care: Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies to meet company and customer standards.
Qualifications
Experience: At least 1 year of professional janitorial or custodial experience is required.
Preferred Skills: Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Reliability: Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and walking for extended periods.
