Responsibilities:
- Efficiently communicate with customers to meet their needs while promoting business development.
- Foster strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Offer prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License and/or Life/Health License
- Experience in administrative assistance and office administration tasks
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Compensation:
- Base salary with the potential to earn uncapped commission
