- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Troubleshoot installation issues
- Work professionally with team members
- Experience in any flooring specialty (commercial or residential)
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to use flooring and tile installation tools
- Understanding of jobsite safety practices
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work full shifts on your feet
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
