This position focuses strictly on commercial tile installation projects across healthcare, education, hospitality, industrial, retail, and corporate environments. Our installers work on high-profile projects and are expected to deliver professional results while maintaining strong communication and teamwork on active job sites.
- Install commercial tile including:
- Ceramic
- Porcelain
- Quarry tile
- Large format tile
- Mosaic tile
- Wall tile
- Ceramic
- Perform floor and wall layouts
- Prepare substrates and surfaces for installation
- Mix and apply mortars, grouts, and setting materials
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Coordinate with superintendents, foreman, and other trades on-site
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Help identify and solve installation challenges in the field
- Commercial tile installation experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a crew environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Experience working on active commercial construction sites
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, bend, and work on your feet throughout the day
