What You Will Do

• Own and optimize complex backend systems including agent logic, scheduling algorithms, and performance simulation frameworks.
• Drive the product roadmap by launching new AI capabilities for advanced data processing and automated decision-making.
• Conduct deep data analysis and run rigorous evaluation systems to ensure high-quality, reliable AI performance at scale.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• At least 2 years of product management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to perform independent data analysis and SQL queries without support.
• Technical comfort with AI systems and modern development tools, combined with an owner's mindset and high agency.
