As the Founding Head of Operations, you will serve as the company's operating backbone, building the machine from scratch in a pre-launch environment. You’ll own critical functions including hiring, compliance, clinical billing, and fundraising support. This is a 0-to-1 role for a high-agency builder ready to transform the fragmented aging care sector alongside a Stanford GSB founder.

What You Will Do

• Serve as a force multiplier to the CEO, leading special projects, hiring initiatives, and preparation for fundraising and board meetings.
• Build and manage the company’s compliance and billing rails, including HIPAA, SOC 2, and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment processes.
• Establish the revenue cycle management function, overseeing claims, denials, and collections while building out the company’s analytics and reporting frameworks.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• Proven 0-to-1 operator with a track record of building operating functions from scratch in high-growth or selective environments.
• Exceptional agency and generalist speed, capable of navigating complex regulatory landscapes while maintaining a hands-on approach to execution.
• Prior experience with clinical billing systems like Medicare or commercial claims is required to manage the company's complex revenue infrastructure.
