As the first engineering hire, you will build the AI-powered engine behind one of tech's most legendary venture firms. You'll develop custom agentic workflows to automate research, market mapping, and due diligence, sitting directly with world-class partners to prototype tools that give the investment team a genuine data edge.

What You Will Do

• Build and deploy custom agent-based workflows that automate complex research and sourcing across the firm's multi-billion dollar pipeline.
• Design production-grade retrieval pipelines and LLM-integrated systems that partners rely on daily to evaluate market-defining deals.
• Participate in live deal meetings to identify process bottlenecks and ship high-impact technical prototypes within the same week.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• 2–5 years of experience as a strong full-stack engineer who has successfully shipped AI agents or multi-step LLM workflows in production.
• Sharp product instincts and a bias for action, capable of scoping ruthlessly and deciding when to ship for speed versus durability.
• Pre-founder mindset with experience in high-caliber startup environments and a desire to eventually start their own company.
