What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reservation/Sales Agent position at Jack Harter Helicopters?
Full-Time Reservations/Sales Agent (Lihue) -Jack Harter Helicopters has an opening for a reservation/sales person. We are a long-term helicopter tour, utility, and charter operator operating from an office on Ahukini Rd. The person that we choose for this position will primarily work making reservations via phone, in-person, and email. Additional tasks include customer service work with our guests before and after their flights, preparing paperwork for flights, and general office tasks. Computer work for a variety of tasks including our reservation system requires at a minimum, basic computer skills. Business math and writing skills are required. This position will requires weekend work. Jack Harter Helicopters is a drug-free employer. Passing a pre-employment drug test is required of all of our employees. Health care coverage includes full medical, dental, prescription and vision. Paid vacation and company sponsored 401K program are benefits available to all full-time employees.
