You will manage reservations, assist clients with their travel needs, and ensure every guest interaction is positive and professional.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Accurately enter reservation data into our system.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our offerings to communicate effectively with guests.
- Negotiate booking terms while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Assist customers during their stay with questions or concerns.
- Support inspectors with questions during arrival inspections.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, sales, or sales management is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally.
- Proactive problem-solving skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required.
