As a Mazda Sales Consultant, you’ll represent one of the most exciting brands in the industry—known for innovation, craftsmanship, and driving joy. Whether you’re an experienced pro or new to automotive sales, we’ll provide the tools, training, and support you need to thrive.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and guide them through the buying experience, from test drive to final delivery
- Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
- Stay up to date on Mazda models, technology, incentives, and competitive comparisons
- Follow up with leads, build strong customer relationships, and grow your personal client base
- Collaborate with finance and management teams to ensure a smooth transaction
- Maintain accurate CRM records and stay accountable to sales goals
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service (automotive experience preferred, but not required)
- Excellent communication and people skills—genuine, confident, and motivated
- Strong work ethic with a passion for helping others
- Tech-savvy mindset and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
