We're seeking an experienced, driven, and results-oriented Used Car Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned sales department at our Giambalvo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in York, PA. What You'll Do

As our Used Car Sales Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the pre-owned vehicle operation while leading a high-performing sales team focused on profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include:
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the Used Vehicle Sales Team
• Acquire and purchase quality inventory through auctions, tradeins, wholesalers, and other sourcing channels
• Accurately appraise tradein vehicles and maximize acquisition opportunities
• Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, aging, merchandising, and profitability
• Coordinate vehicle reconditioning to ensure timely, costeffective retail readiness
• Monitor inventory performance and adjust strategies to maximize turn and gross profit
• Oversee advertising, merchandising, online listings, lot presentation, and vehicle deliveries
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the buying experience
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Service, and Parts departments to achieve dealership goals
• Analyze reports, market trends, and department performance to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and dealership procedures
What We're Looking For
• Previous Used Vehicle Sales Management experience required
• Proven success managing dealership inventory and profitability
• Strong vehicle appraisal skills
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and teambuilding abilities
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced, performancedriven environment
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete all preemployment screenings
