ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a commercially-minded CRM Marketing Manager to lead email and customer lifecycle marketing for Jack Archer. This role is responsible for driving customer retention, repeat purchase and lifetime value through email, SMS and direct mail campaigns. As a hands-on operator, you will execute campaigns, analyze performance and continuously optimize the customer journey to ensure CRM remains a primary driver of customer engagement and revenue growth.
This role is based in our New York City headquarters and operates on a hybrid schedule, with in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday. We believe our best creative work happens when we’re building side by side, while still allowing flexibility outside of core in-office days.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS and direct mail channels.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive CRM calendar aligned with promotional schedule, key seasonal moments, product launches and brand campaigns.
- Increase personalization through segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Drive email & SMS subscriber growth.
Lifecycle & Automation
- Optimize existing automated flows and build out new ones.
- Continuously expand & test journeys to improve customer retention and engagement frequency.
Performance & Analytics & Operations
- Own CRM performance reporting, tracking and sharing out of key metrics.
- Manage CRM platform, ensuring best practices for deliverability, list health and data integrity.
- Develop and execute a testing roadmap across subject lines, content, offers and send time strategies.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication
- Partner closely with the E-commerce and Product teams to ensure CRM supports the broader business strategy.
- Collaborate with Creative teams to deliver compelling, on-brand assets.
WHAT YOU HAVE
- 4–6 years of experience in CRM and email marketing; DTC and consumer goods experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Klaviyo preferred) and a strong understanding of ESP best practices is a must.
- Solid understanding of segmentation, automation and the customer journey.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tight timelines simultaneously.
- Comfortable using AI tools to simplify workflows.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
