Duties
- Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure educational objectives are met.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a respectful and productive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to support student needs.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the varying needs of students.
- Supervise students during activities outside of the classroom, such as lunch or recess.
Experience
