Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and acquire new business
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Prepare reports for senior management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
