POSITION TITLE Operations Coordinator

Position Summary

This position provides broad-based support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on logistics and administrative functions. The Operations Coordinator works closely with internal teams as well as external partners to support operational efficiency across the organization. This role requires flexibility and a proactive mindset, particularly within a small and growing organization.

Responsibilities

Logistics Management & Support

• Manage and support shipment, inventory, and delivery schedule control
• Coordinate and communicate with internal departments, business partners, and external warehouses
• Provide various forms of support to ensure smooth logistics operations
  
  
  

Administrative & Back-Office Support

• Support general administrative tasks such as document management and data maintenance
• Assist with general affairs, accounting, and operational tasks
• Support initiatives to improve back-office efficiency
  
  
  

Cross-Functional Operational Support

• Provide cross-departmental support for daily operations
• Respond flexibly to ad hoc tasks based on changing business needs
• Adapt to responsibilities beyond the original scope due to the nature of a small organization
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Fluency in English
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email, etc.)
  
  
  

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in logistics and/or operations-related roles
• Japanese language skills are a plus
• IT skills are a plus
