POSITION TITLE Account Manager

POSITION SUMMARY In this position, you will manage existing customer accounts and drive sales growth by building strong customer relationships. This role is responsible for handling quotations, resolving commercial issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and supporting the achievement of sales objectives while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management, technical teams, customer support personnel, and related departments regarding customer requirements
• Manage customer sample requests and track customer activity prior to business awards
• Develop annual sales budgets based on assigned account responsibilities
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
• Support product promotion activities and participate in trade shows and technical exhibitions
• Coordinate with Accounting to establish commercial requirements for new customer accounts, including credit limits and payment terms
• Perform other duties as assigned
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred
• Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
• 5 or more years of experience in sales and/or marketing
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience using Microsoft 365
• Ability to understand and execute instructions with sound judgment
